A 91 serials number being 2009 is post Remington aquisition but prior to the relocation. Marlin 1894 chambered in 44 magnum/special. This rifle has the JM stamp and was made in 1977. The Marlin "bullseye" on the buttstock has been removed and a swivel stud has been installed in its place. It is in very good overall condition but has a few handling marks throughout. This is the presafety model that is more desirable for collectors.

The JM SBL's are pretty rare and more valuable than the Remington SBL's.
